WALK DESCRIPTION
This walk in Trinity Square, which was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980, will include getting a sense its history, architecture and its retail climate as it exists today. Included in the walk will be historic Grace Cemetery, located at the south point of the square. The cemetery was listed by Providence Preservation Society as one of its most endangered properties in 2015. We will end the walk at the Southside Cultural Center where Sankofa Market will be opening it’s first of the year farmers market.

Doug Victor, a Southside resident for 34 years and community activist is a member of the Trinity Square Working Group which will be producing a festival in Trinity Square in August.
